Classic Steel Frame Homes, NCI Metal Buildings, Steel Frame Kits, Inc. - paid money - haven't received kits or refund

On October 8, 2001, we purchase a steel frame home kit from Max Freeland, who was representing himself as an agent of Classic Steel Frame Homes of Texas.

We put down a deposit of $3500 and then waited. Nothing happened and Mr. Freeland continually told us that it was the fault of Classic that we didn't have our kit. Finally in May of 2002 we wrote a demand letter to Mr. Freeland and Classic asking for a refund or our kit. Classic then told us we needed to send Mr. Freeland another $3800 to continue.

We did this and then waited and waited again. By October 2002 we hired an attorney to help us in our plight. He has written two demand letters to both Mr. Freeland and Classic Steel Frame and as of April 2, 2003 we have not had any response.

Classic Steel Frame Homes, Steel Frame Kits, Inc (www.steelframekits.com - Mr. Freeland) or NCI Metal Buildings, the parent company of Classic.
