indiatimes shopping - delivery delay for 6 VCD pack of bimal roy movies

RE: indiatimes shopping - delivery delay for 6 VCD pack of bimal roy movies i had purchased a 6-VCD pack of bimal roy movies on indiatimes shopping, costing Rs. 850, on 11th march 2003. payment was made through credit card. the order no. is 215091 and the concerned courier company is aramex india, their site being aramexindia.com. the complaint i have is that my shipment has not been delivered yet, and surprisingly, the payment has been effected in my credit card statement. on tracking my parcel at the courier company's site, it shows it as delivered and received. i called up at the indiatimes mumbai office to register my complaint, but was directed to their delhi office. on calling up there, i was told that they would contact me in 2 days, which was not done. moreover, i was told to check up at aramex in mumbai! on calling up their numbers, i discovered that those numbers do not exist! this whole process has been very frustating for me, and i have spent nearly one-third of the amount of the VCDs on STD calls. i request you to look into this matter, because some of my acquaintances have also been duped in a similar way. the only option i have is to place acomplaint at the times of india office in mumbai, which i think will not be paid attention to because indiatimes is run by them. it would be very kind of you to call me at 2895 7661 after 8 pm if the need arises. thank you. sincerely,
