Hi, my name is sharon boyd, my address is po box 416 gerrardsdtown, w.v 25420.

one month ago i received a call from credit foundation of america. they said that they could lower all my interest om all my bills to 1%to 1and 1/2%.

well i gave them verbal permission to take uot 448.00 out of my checking account on april 4th. well on the 2nd i received mail which cantained papers that i needed to fill out with all my acct. info, well i read the papers and it said that it could pull your credit scores down.

well i called and asked these questions and they said yes, well then i said that i didnt want to do these and i wanted to canceel at this time. ,well i spoke a man named brian, well he said that he would take care of all the paper work on that day.

well sure enough the money was withdrew from my acct. om april4th . and that caused some problems for me finacially. since then i have made several phone calls everyday to them and they give me a run around story. talking to a brian, josh and even the big dog so they say don gordon.

well i would like to know what my rights are to getting my money back , for i feel as if they havent been honest to me . and i feel that this has been done to other people in the past, because they couldnt give us an answer on that question when we askeed them that. please do respond to me as soon as possiible.
