MSN Shopping / MSN Dollars Promotion - unable to claim $ 65 rebate due to inability to "enroll" in the system

MSN Dollars Holiday Rewards promotion offered rebates for purchases during 2002 holiday season. I qualified for a $65 rebate, but have been unable to claim the reward due to an inability to "enroll" in the system.

I have tried on over ten different occasions to obtain help through the MSN Shopping Assistant online chat service, but the assistants are unknowledgable and unresponsive.

I am trying to contact someone in Microsoft who might care about their business practices. The Shopping Assistants have absolutely no ownership or accountability whatsoever.
