I purchased a CD-Burner from Best Buy made by Digital Research and was told I would get a rebate of $30.00 from Besat Buy and another from DR. After waiting four months, I contacted BB and was told they had no record of my submission. This is not the first time this has happened. I will no longer purchase anything else from BB using the rebate as a cost cutter. I asked the agent in the BB store why they did not give the rebate there, and his response was "because many people do not apply for the rebate by mail." This lets you know the way they think.
