Equifax - trouble fixing inaccuracies on credit report

RE: Equifax - trouble fixing inaccuracies on credit report

I hired credco to fix my credit, since it was so messed up, trans union, and expedia. gave me 7 positive and no negative, points but equifax keeps reporting accounts and bankruptcies that are not mine, Ive reported them to the fair credit dept in Washington Dc. its taking months, so I am seeking an attorney to sue equifax, does anyone have any suggestions? thanks
