Allstate Auto Insurance, Syracuse, NY - car broken into and damage done - calls related to claim not being returned

I would like to make a comlaint in regards to auto insurance. Allstate has not helped us with our claim at all. We had our car broken into and a great deal of damage and loss done to our vehicle. I have filed a claim and they are putting us on the back burner. I have called every day 2-3 times to talk to someone to get help on our items that were stolen and damaged and they will not help us.

They say they will call us back and never do. I am not sure what to do so I filed a complaint wiht the cunsumer service beuro for NYS auto insurance. I would not ever recommend going threw Mike. W. at allstate in syracuse ny. He wont help you if you are robbed but he takes your money for insurance each month. I dont see why we pay for all this if we dont get help when we need it.
