RE: AOL - unsuccessfully trying to cancel account for the last three months We have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel our account for the last three months. We have a new Internet Provider, but we are still getting billed on a credit card which we cancelled. It only remains open to pay AOL.

 

We are planning on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You are a very unethical company!!!

 

We have faxed you two letters trying to cancel, not to mention several phone calls.
