dotnow.com - unable to cancel service - could not get dotnow.com to connect

Complaints.com received the following on April 16, 2003:

I to signed up for dotnow.com and could not get it to work, would not connect. I deleted them off my computer and tried to call them, couldn't get through, so I e-mailed them and faxed them. I ended up getting charged 9.95 twice in one month and got an overdraft $40.00charge because of it.
I faxed another message as I still couldn't get through on the phone. Then the next month they charged me 19.95! I called (finally got through) and explained every thing and they actually said they'd credit my account, which they did. Then out of the blue they charge my account again!
Now I can't get through at all and I tried to email at Email User and it won't go through. I faxed( don't know if they got it) and wrote them a letter. The next step will be to stop them from getting anything from my account through the bank.
