RE: ICICI Bank - took more than four months to approve a balance transfer ICICI Bank took more than four months to approve a balance transfer of Rs. 5 lacs. Even after approval, the bank was taking forever to disburse the loan. The bank has offered to disburse the loan now but I have suffered losses on account of the non-transfer for over six months now.
My last letter to the Managing Director and CEO (ICICI Bank Limited, C-23 G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051) has not even been replied to. Who bears the damages and what recourse do I have to make good those losses?
