paycom.net - two single $ 39.95 payments in one month turned into two $ 39.95 payments being charged every month - can't get straight answers - have paid about $ 300 so far

we made a catologue order through paycom, they were supposed to take 2 payments of 39.95 (for the order), they proceded to take 2 payments of 39.95 (+1.69)every month, while we tried repeatedly to cancel the account, on line and on the phone.

it seems every time we cancelled the account another one cropped up. even if we somehow had 2 accounts, that does not explain why 3 payments were taken in march, 2 on the 10th, and 1 on the 28th. i cant get straight answers out of them, and they wont even discuss reimbursement. weve lost about 300 dollars to them now.
