Complaints.com received the following on April 15, 2003:

I can't get any response from the company www.FreeHostingweb.net. I have paid for domain name registration. I have renewed that registration. I cannot get into my website www.TheProsecutor.com. I cannot transfer that website to another provider because Freehostingweb.net is listed as the admin e-mail contact and does not respond. I've sent multiple e-mails to them without result. I tried calling their 1-877-358-3915 number but it gives a very short recorded message that says nothing other than "Thank you for calling. Goodbye." I've filled out multiple "support tickets" on the website, none have been responded to. It seems my domain is hijacked at the moment. Can you help? John Goold
