RE: KLM - flight to Dar es Salaam cancelled from Amsterdam cancelled - poor service experience
Dear Sir/Madam
I flied KLM from Miami-Ams.-Dar on 30th March 2003. I made prior booking since January and confirm it on 25th, March, but to my suprise, when I arrived in Amstredam I was informed by the your official That the 31st Flight to Dar es Salaam has been cancelled so I have to be rebooked for the next flight on 1st April.
I asked why I was not informed before, He said the Miami people were supporsed to inform me on the day I left, because the flight has been cancelled on 29th April.
In that situation I failed to understand why I was not assisted in my transit. I had to find myself and rent a Hotel room and take care for everything until my flight next day. As I spent my organization resources and I am asnswerable to my people, May I get explanation from your office and a reason to fly KLM again?.
Regards,
Mariam Mohamed Katongo
