RE: Malaysia Airlines - trouble getting help from airline to process claim from travel insurance co. for weather related delay I have been sending faxes, letters and e-mails to Malaysia Airlines for over four months so that they can provide me with a letter stating that "no alternative onwards transportation was made available within 12 hours of the acutal arrival at the transfer point" so that I may claim from the travel insurance company for a weather related delay.

They completely ignore my letters and I have had no reply whatsoever. I do not blame them for the wheather related delay but they are obliged to provide the letter I need so that I may claim from the insurance company. They have no right to ignore their clients and their customer care is inexistent.
