Fleece=lined Soft Suede Leather Slippers size 11 and size 9 from JDMarvel Products Inc.

On March 3, 2003 I ordered two pair of soft-suede leather slippers. Gave them my credit card number which they said had been approved by the bank. Since then nothing has been sent and cannot get hold of the company to find out what has happened.

The line is always busy - what happens now as there is supposed to be a money back guarantee for goods received. I haven't even received my goods. How on earth do we get retribution from this company. I received a confirmation, and even another website "Email User". How can we stop this from happening?
