I purchased two books on 3/3/03 and two more on 3/6/03. This was my very first time ordering and setting up an account. For some reason half spit out an unknown address to the venders and they sent my order to the wrong address. I have emailed 7 times and called half representatives twice and filed two so called 'buyer protection claims' to no avail.

 

The issue to date is two books outstanding, (which of course I was charged for) and one vender refunded me about 7.00 less then my purchase price claiming a restocking fee. They didn't seem to care that the mistake wasn't mine to begin with! Needless to say, I was quite upset as a result of this.

 

Here's what I'd like to see happen: I would like a full refund of order numbers #243582943151,#243582943146, and for 243583979878
