Lop.com - can't uninstall browser utility - no reply to e-mails yet

Somehow I managed to get stung by that stupid browser utility from Lop.com. When I emailed them about removing it, they replied with 3 methods to un-install. Needless to say, all three methods are useless. I replied back... no answer as of yet.

Wish these people would get a taste of their own medicine at some point. Looks like my only alternative is a formating of my drive. This should be against the law!
