JD Marvel Products, Champlain, NY - paid $ 10.90 for suede slippers that have not received

Dear Complaint Dept;

I ordered 1 pair of suede slippers with fleece lining from JD Marvel Products Dept 721-109 Box 3270 Champlain, NY 12919 (514) 426-8715. I sent check number #357 in the amount of $10.90 on 3/11/03.

According to my bank, this check was posted on .3/19/03. As of today 4/10/03 I have not received the slippers. I have attempted to call their customer service several times, but the phone just rings.

Your cooperation and investigation into this company is sincerely appreciated. Please reply at your earliest convenience.
