Americast double sink - 5 years old but looks much older - has several chips and scrapes

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I have an "AMERICAST' double-sink in my kitchen. It is about 5 years old but, looks much older! It has several CHIPS and SCRAPES and all my attempts to repair the chips have failed. Also, it is RUSTING in several places: it RUSTING around the drain and around the lip where it meets the counter.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what can I do to remedy this situation. I am losing faith in your company due to these problems and hope that you can help.
