Complaints.com received the following on April 14, 2003:

RE: cupidjunction.com - joined site but not able to sign on to use membership - refund request denied - no help given This is my second contact to try to get some help with this matter.

I do not know if you are even the correct people to contact but I will start here and if you are able to direct me to the proper people I will be very grateful. I joined the web site "cupids Junction" and immediately after joining was never able to sign on to the site and use my membership.

I have contacted them many times for help but to no avail. I requested a refund for over two months and I get a different excuse each time for why they are unable to refund my money. I have been swindled and ignored and to date still have not received a refund.

If you know who I may contact to file a complaint please notify me as I am going to contact AOL also. I appreciate any assistance you are able to provide in this matter. Please forward or email whoever it is necessary or post on line for complaints that are not resolved. I appreciate your help in this matter.
