RE: USPS - paid for labels not made
when you go to USPS to get a label made BE WARE AND BE CAREFUL, make sure you either use stamps.com or save any and all emails from USPS...
I made a quite a few labels before I found this out...don't make the same mistake I did...I went to make a label for a shipment...got all the way to making a label and had to step away for a moment...my puter timed out and USPS cancelled the label, but, THEY DO NOT CANCEL THE CHARGE TO YOUR CARD, much to my surprise and dismay, you have to request a refund even though they cancelled the label...and then if you do not have the transfer number and label number NO REFUND...
if you do not keep the emails they sent you with the info needed NO REFUND...and if you are over 10 days, because you did not know you had to request a refund...NO REFUND...just another way of a royal rip off to the wonderful people of America...thanks
