Good afternoon, I am sorry for the delay in our reply; however, your message to Complaints.com was not received here until April 25, 2003. Please allow me to apologize that you were billed for a shipment of hosiery that you indicate was not received. As we have no record of return I can only suggest that the order was lost in transit. To resolve the matter I have cancelled this account and you may disregard the billing. Your credit status was not affected in any way. Too whom it may concern,
I am writing with much disgust over this situation. I have notfied your company numerous times in regards to pantyhouse that I NEVER RECIEVED!!!!. I now have gotten a collections notice on this amount of $16.08. I never have made it a habit to pay for things that I don't want, furthermore don't recieve.
I would appreciate this matter to be resolved in a top priority as it will have a negative effect of my credit for your company's error. Please contact me @ Email User If I don't hear from you in 5 working days, I will file a report with the Better Business Burea.
