RMCB - received bogus collection letter on behalf of Win$ave

Complaints.com received the following on April 14, 2003:

RE: RMCB - received bogus collection letter on behalf of Win$ave

RMCB refuses to comply with Federal Law under the Fair Dept Collection Act. I received a collection notice from RMCB dated April 05, 2003 for services rendered by a company known as Win$ave.

Both RMCB and Win$ave have determined that the services rendered were fraudulently obtained by a third party using my name and billing address.

However, RMCB and Win$ave refuse to provide further information so that I may resolve the issue even though they are required to do so under the Fair Debt Collection Act. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission's fraud division.
