RE: AOL Credit Alert - taken money from account without permission

I feel that AOL Credit Alert has taken money out of my account without permission, and now because they have done the my account has been over drawn and have return checks and will have to pay all these service charges. I do not understand why you do these thing knowing that you could cause people this kind of trouble. this very unfair of AOL to do this.

We get AOL for inter net service not for them to take money out of our accounts just because they think they can get us to take all these extra services. I never asked for this credit alert service and did not want it. I know what my credit looks like.

I do not need someone to tell me what it looks like or who is looking at it. I know who is doing what with it. Now because of AOL Credit Alert I cannot pay my bills and I will have to pay all these returned checks back plus a service charges that I would not have had if they had kept their hands out of my account.

This a very unfair service and I will be calling an ATTORNEY. This will give me some idea as to what I will be able to do about this.
