LK Bennett, Kensington, London - boot heel broke - company still has boots

RE: LK Bennett, Kensington, London - boot heel broke - company still has boots

I bought some boots from LK Bennett in Kensington London and the heel broke - I was informed that they had used cheap aluminium shanks and not steel .

They wouldn't help me in the shop so I returned the boots by registered post with a letter - the letter went unanswered so I sent another - tthis has still gone unanswered and they still have my boots.
