mycardaccount.com - account changed from Providian - mycardaccount lost credit card payment

Complaints.com received the following on April 14, 2003:

RE: mycardaccount.com - account changed from Providian - mycardaccount lost credit card payment I too got @#!@%#@ by "mycardaccount" (was "Providian") they lost my C.C. payment, I had contacted them numerous times, seemed as though they took the "no care" attitiude. I had sent the payment via P.O. overnight, someone @ mycardaccount signed for delivery and they still lost the payment! Another C.C. support dept. swirling the drain.

I had the same problem with providian Card service took over my account and change my card to a mastercard Number I did not relized the number changed sent payment to card service and providian now they kept on adding payments to the mastercard that I never had. I cannot proof that is not a providian card. I have been charged over 3,000 they did close the account. Now I have to go court. Any help
