Staples, Saratoga Springs, NY - purchased "no question asked replacement policy" for $ 189.99 - but when keyboard needed replacement was given the run-around

On 07/21/00 I purchase a Compaq Presario from Staple in Saratoga Springs, New York. At that time I paid for insurance on the new computer a " No question asked replacement policy" for $189.99. This policy was sold to me by salesperson #106340 on sales receipt #255006 1 00006 39393.

Well, on April 7, 2003, my drink was spilled on the keyboard so, I went to Staples in Saratoga Springs. I informed that the policy I purchase was in home repair, but for the keyboard I would have to call the 1-800-551-5453 number their customer service, and as you might have guess I was given the run around.

I purchased another keyboard, I could care less whether or not they honor the insurance claim on contract #E29450165. It wasn't the plan that I asked for at the time I purchase the computer. So, for those who live in or around the Saratoga Springs area and are thinking of buying your new computer from the Saratoga Springs Staple store...Beware...it's your money do yourself a favor go somewhere else.....The Saratoga Springs Staple

Store isn't trust worthly, based on my experience...and should have a sign in front reading...Buyer BEWARE...
