RE: MSN online.com - don't understand charges

I would like to know why MSN online.com has billed me for $21.95 on Feb. 1,2002 and again on Mar. 1,2002 . I ordered Thank You Gifts that I was charged in March for the amount of $12.99 by NSS .

I don't understand why I was charged by your company $43.90 and because of your charges I had to pay overdraft fees of $70.00. I want to know what you will do about this problem !

Respond ASAP because my bank is involved in this and they said they will take any means that they have to , to resolve this

problem.
