I ordered a full system for my daughter, including a flat screen monitor. Which was back ordered -- Finally after talking to 5 different employees, who are either dishonest or incompetent, I still didn't get my monitor.
So I cancelled it with two different employees ( just to cover myself) .
24 hours later they shipped it anyway...finally got that cancelled...after 1 month got that taken care of...all in all, by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
