RE: Maytag gas range Model # MGR 5750ADQ - discoloring of the burner grates on your Maytag gas range We purchased a Maytag gas range Model # MGR 5750ADQ last year at this time. The range works good but the burner grates are discoloring and look soiled this is not caused from the food being cooked but seems to be caused by the heat generated by the gas burner. We have contacted the dealer and was informed that this is a fact of life that it is a common complaint and cannot be corrected.
I don't believe a company as popular and as large as Maytag has not solved this problem to their customers satisfaction. Please inform me of your solution to this problem and the procedures I must take to make my wife happy and solve this delema. Thank You, Kendell Slentz Anthon Iowa 51004 e-mail Email User
