RE: Comcast High Speed Internet Service - upset with service inturruption
Hello: I am writing to complain about Comcast High Speed Internet Access. I have not had internet access since last Wednesday. It is now Tuesday. I have been getting the run-around and was just told that it may be another 24-48 hours. This is due to account provisioning and rebuilding data in an account.
This is unacceptable. This is NOT a line problem, NOT a hardware problem, NOT a problem with my network. It IS a problem with Comcast's network as admited by Mary in Technical support. I have repeatedly called over and over about this issue and have gotten nowhere. Since Comcast is ONLY concerned about new customers, I am thinking that maybe I should cancel my service and have a new modem installed (One that Comcast can connect to through their network).
A little reminder here is that this IS Comcast's modem installed by their "professional" installation team. I would like a resolution to this problem by someone other than technical support who can only merely send this problem to a department that I cannnot speak to. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMCAST.
