Comments/Inquiry: ATTENTION SUE FAULKNER TODAY I SPOKE TO A MAN NAMED ASAF FREEDMAN 4/23/02 AT YOUR CHATSWORTH, CA CUSTOMER SERIVE AND MR. FREEDMAN APPARENTLY TOLD ME THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD AN OVER DRAFT SO I QUICKLY PUT $85.00 BECAUSE HE INSINUATED THAT I INTENTIONALLY PURCHASE THINGS WITH MY VISA DEBIT CARD WITH INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.
I DID NOT KNOW THAT THERE WOULD BE A HOLD OF $85.00 WHEN I DEPOSITED 185.00 IN THE ATM BEFORE SIX PM. TO INSINUATE THAT I WOULD INTENTIALLY DO THAT IS A LIE.
I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A LETTER OF APOLOGY FROM WASHINGTON MUTUAL, IF NOT, THESE TYPE OF ALIGATIONS COULD LEAD TO A POTENTIAL LAWSUIT FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. SHERILANI PACO SHERILANI PACO
