RE: ALLSTATE - 1999 Jetta stolen at Tijuana border - Allstate doesn't want to pay claim April 8 my car was stolen at the Tijuana border and allstate insurance do not want to pay my claim. they said my policy dont cover Mexico, but when I purchase my car insurance I was told that it will cover Tijuana with in 75 mile. Now is my word againg the word of my agent. what can I do?.
My car is 1999 Jetta with a full cover.
