RE: Jiffy Lube In Austin,Texas on South Lamar - poor experience

I WAS a customer at Jiffy Lube. I had only been there once. It was the Jiffy Lube In Austin,Texas on South Lamar. I went to get my oil changed and when I went to cash out he was very rude. He said his name was David or Dave and that he was manager for that day. All he did was stand around.

The services there are very unpleasant and they have a poor management team. He tried to over charge me for my oil change until I told him that it was not the correct price. He then gave me the correct price and I left. I have never been treated so badly and I will never go back. I feel sorry for the regular workers that have to put up with managers like that. Diane
