RE: Sheetz convenience store - unpleasant experience

For the past 6 months I have been going to Sheetz convenience store for lunch; the service has always been good, however, today I had ordered a sandwich and I notice that they had run out of several items.

After placing my item via computer terminal the girl behind the counter informed me that they had also run out of wheat bread so I said that I would take white bread. After receiving my order of soup and a sandwich, I grabbed some crackers and made my purchase. I took two bites of the sandwich and experienced an awful taste as if the meat was spoiled. I immediately called Sheetz and informed them of my

experience. Dissapointed Antoine Perry

I'll grant you that you should not have had any bad experience with Sheetz, but if that's your only complaint, your doing good. Why did you not call the store or return and have them make you something else or receive a refund?
