RE: PayPal.com - paypal owes me money

I had a good experience with paypal until recently. Currently there is over $50 in my account that I have been unable to access for over a month. While I was abroad, they restricted my account. Luckily my friend picked up my mail for me back home and sent it abroad.

I faxed copies of my bank, gas, and credit card statements, as well as a copy of my passport. Well, over a month has passed by. I faxed paypal again all of these documents when I got back to the U.S. My account is still restricted and I still don't have the money for the merchandise people bought off my website.

Does anyone know the telephone number to paypal? Now they have not only restricted my account, but locked it. I guess they are mad that I emailed them I may be reporting them to the better business bureau.
