RE: GoodLife Fitness - paid in full, but refused service because won't give voided check which gives access to banking information
I have paid in full for a one year membership but have been refused service because I refuse to give them a void cheque which will give them access to my banking information.
I had agreed to set up an automatic withdrawl/deposit program when and if I renew my membership in March 2003.
I am waiting for a reply from their president. The advice that I have received from my lawyer, my bank and VISA is to not give them this information. A heck of a way to treat payment up front customers.
