RE: Taco Bell Service - trouble ordering - unhappy with service

It has been established that by indicating meal combos by the number, makes its easier for the cashier to press that particular number with ease. I can understand pre progress cash registering a challenge to individual who fear them easily.

But this day and age where we bend over backwards to simplify cash registering where all you do is press a number for a meal shouldn't be a huge problem. My girlfriend and I had a hankering for Taco Bell food this day. First off we are upset for Taco Bell for placing those employees who understand little English behind the cash register.

Secondly we had to wait indefinitely for the employee to press a single button (how hard should that be?) as that is the meal number. The employee was holding us up and there was a line forming behind us. Come on - what is the problem here ? Do we not know how to press number one? or number five?

Our only resolve to this was to walk out and eat down the street. We wish more luck to the people behind us waiting forever for the employee to at least press some kind of a button!.
