858 270-3089 The charge for the oil change was $45.30; which included replacement of a PCV valve. I thought this was excessive and asked the cashier. He told me the PCV valve was $14.99. When I returned home I called the Saturn dealer. Their RETAIL price for this valve was $4.50. I called the service station. He claimed that he had installed a new hose as well. In looking under the hood, it was obvious to me and two neighbors that a new hose was not installed.

 

I called the station back and told the man a new hose was not installed. He then told me that he was free to charge whatever he wanted. I cannot locate any headquarters for Quiki 10 Minute Oil Change to register a complaint. Faye Pearl
