RE: Sprint PCS - Sprint lied to Me and now they wont return my emails

I purchased my cell phone from Sprint PCS and was promised by the sales person the Ringers & More option was free for three months and then I could continue this service for $3.75 a month after if I chose to do so.

Then, I was transferred to the business department to apply my business discount and the customer representative did not inform me that I could not use this option even though the sales rep listed this option on my account so that it would be activated.

After attempting to activate that option on my phone and not being able to I contacted Sprint via email to request instructions on how to start using this option. I was then told that option was not available to me because I am a business customer and that option isn't available to business customers at this time. I then told them that was promised to me by my sales person and that I wanted to use that option.

However, if that wasn't available to me at this time that I would like some sort of compensation for being given the wrong information at the time of purchase, which was a major reason I chose to purchase the phone that I did. I have been told that my account and the issues have been reviewed by a supervisor and that they are not willing to do anything.

That I have to wait until that option is available to business customers or that I have to switch to a consumer account and lose my business discount which would drive up the price of my monthly statement by over $10 a month.

Since Sprint is not willing to assist me on this issue, and I believe I have been seriously misled, I would like to terminate my three year contract with them without paying an early termination fee because I believe my contract is invalid.
