Complaints.com received the following consumer message on April 16, 2002:

RE: Chrysler Financial / Customer Support - paid off truck loan over a year ago, still haven't received title I paid off my Truck over a year ago. I never received the title for it. Last month I was in an accident and the vehicle was totaled. My insurance can't pay off until I have the title. I have been calling, faxing and e-mailing Chrysler Financial for 3 and a half weeks. No one there will me.

They all say that they will put in a request to have the title sent to me and it will take 2 weeks. When I explain that I have already waited over 2 weeks, they say they will put in a request to their supervisor and I'll have it in 48 hours. I'm still waiting. No one has ever called me back.

I have been hung up on several times, and transferred back into the pool of calls few times as well.
