RE: 1999 Ford Mustang - replace engine at Ford's recommendation to fix vibration, didn't fix many problems

We bought our daughter a 1999 Ford Mustang. She thought it had a loose speaker wire.

We took it to a Ford Dealer. They told us It had a vibration and Ford recommended a new engine. After replacing the engine we detected a vibration that we had not noticed before. We took it to another Ford Dealer.

They replaced the drive shaft, transmission, and several other parts. It still had a vibration. We took it to yet another ford Dealer, because the other two and the one we purchased the vehicle from said there was nothing wrong and they refused to work on the car again.

Now,a mere three months later the car has a cracked oil pan and is leaking oil around a head gasket.

Ford just doesn't care if their customers are satisfied kor not.
