Complaints.com received the following consumer message on April 15, 2002:

RE: Hefty Handle Sak 20 Tall Kitchen Bags - 10 bags out of 20 in box are unusable

13 gallon size, upc code 1370051520 20 in box and 10 have been defective and unusable. I personally think this lacks quality control.

When you open them up they have a tear down the side-not a seam, & you end up throwing them away because if you put them in the container & put trash in they continue to rip

til they get to the bottom.

I think this is terrible since hefty is a little more expensive, I expect better quality.
