RE: Van Heusen business shirt - stains at the seams caused by glue
I picked up my husbands shirts from the cleaners at Nob Hill in Hollister, CA - which is a Van Heusen business shirt, purchased less than a year ago and this particular shirt had a notation on it:
"The stains at the seams where the body meets the sleeve are caused by a glue. You may be able to get a refund. See info in attached email" - This note came from the Hollister "Plant Cleaning Rejection.
Also attached was a copy of an email re Complaints and Phillips-Van Heusen from Email User
We would like a refund of the cost of this shirt - which was approximately $24.00.
Please email me regarding the next step I should take.
Thank you
