In September I ordered an American flag & flagpole from American Flag and Banner Co. http://www.allflags.com/ Order #7265

Because of the high demand they asked for a check instead of a credit card, which I sent. The check has since been cashed. In November I received the pole, but no flag. I contected them via e-mail and was told that the flags were backordered. Despite repeated requests for a refund or for the flag, by e-mail & phone, I have not heard a thing regarding my order.
I Still have not recieved my flag or a refund. I would like a refund for the flag that has not been delivered. They askd for patience, but I think that 7 months of waiting it enough. Please forward this message to American Flag and Banner Co.
