Complaints.com received the following consumer message on April 11, 2002:

RE: SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL - trouble with collectors club renewal fee My complaint is that as a member of the SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL collectors club I paid my renewal fee to SWAROVSKI in February 2002, Having recieved nothing I telephoned Swarovski in March and was told there is a delay but they could not say what the reason was.
After sending several emails which went unanswered I finally emailed saying if my membership was not renewed within seven days then I would expect my money back, I got another promise that although there is still a unspecified delay my renewal would be dealt with.
Still not recieved anything as of today 11th April.
What a disgusting way to run a company.
