Revival Physicians laboratories - returned shipment and return charges

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on April 9, 2002:

RE: Revival Physicians laboratories - returned shipment and return charges

Dear Sirs,

I was registered to receive automatic shipments as of last August. The last time, when they called to let me know they were to sent a shipment, I called them and cancelled the order. They still shipped this order when the operator said I was still on time to cancel.

A month later after this shipment is returned, they credited my account for only $77.52, when they originally charged $105.85 in my credit account. They claimed that $8.95 was shipping and handling and $19.38 for processing an unothorized return????

I don't know if you've had any more complaints of this nature, but it is really frustrating....!!!

Thank you for anything you might consider right doing about this case. Please let me know if you solved or resolved something about it.
