REGUARDING SPRINT PCS..... today i tried to open a second sprint pcs account...
I have had my business cell with them fro several years, i put up with awful service in the begining (which has gotten much better in the last year or so) and want to open a second account for a personal phone for family use...
today i was told that even with perfect credit and billing history with them....
that they refuse to open another account for me... the justification i was given basically accused me of intent to commit fraud!!! I cant believe this company that spends a fortune marketing is sending me to verizion!!! If i had poor credit, or was a recent user i could to some degree understand this... but with excellent credit and history with them, i cant believe they would insult me this way......
I dont wish to go to another company, but obviously have no choice...
