and still no service I was angry yesterday, today, I am raging!!!!! in the last five days I have spent over $300 on tracfone.

And I have NO service!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a phone from Tracfone several months

ago. After the the torture of getting it to work the first

time, it worked fairly well. last week I ran out of time

and logged onto their website.. I bought the new one year service, and then a 300

minute card.. everything worked fine.. then my phone got damaged, I made a left turn and

it slid across the dash and out the window.. I thought okay.. I went to Radioshack and paid

for another phone.. tuesday I call and try to

transfer the services to my new phone.. They say "We cannot do that."

You must send the phone to our service center in

Miami, where we will verify your time, and then

we will credit you with the time. 7 to 10 days soonest

AND.. it is impossible for them to transfer the phone

number... Time to reprint my business cards.. After getting over my initial outrage, I decided okay

at least I can get my new phone up... I wait through

the support phone queue again.. activated the

phone, and next day it works fine.. except as

before it only has 10 units on it... thats cool,

I log on the website and try to buy more airtime.. If I felt screwed before, now they did it without

any lubrication..... They will not let me buy any more time!!!!!!!! I sit through the support queue AGAIN!! They say they cannot do anything for me...

I ask for an email address I can complain to...

the tech gives me a snail mail address...

I ask a second time for an email address to complain to

the tech gives me the URL....

By now I am so Irrate that I have to hang up.... Why have I paid over $300 to be treated like this...
