To Whom it May Concern:
I ordered frames from Pearl Vision Express on 3/03/01. I had been promised that Pearl could order my frames at a lower cost than the previous store in which I originally purchased my frames, I took my frames back and ordered the frames that was promised to me by Pearl Vision and was told they would be in on 3/26/01.
I waited until 3/28/01 to call Pearl Vision when I was not called back by the due date. I was told that my frames were on back order and they would contact me when they come in. I called Pearle Vision on 3/29/01 and was told that they Pearl was researching my frames because they should have been back. On 3/31/01 I was told my frames was being reordered.
On 4/01/01 I spoke with a employee whom said again my frames were being reorded. On 4/02/01 I spoke to a employee stating that my frames have been DISCONTINUED and she was very sorry about the misunderstanding. I have tried to reach the District Manager of Pearl Vision Express only to talk to a machine Mr. Johnny Poole has yet to call me back on this matter. I feel that as consumers we have a right to fast and couterious service. I dont feel I had received either.
